i want ToA D:

i want Tales of the Abyss so bad. D: but i couldn't find anyone who has it. i also can't find it in stores anymore... well it has been 2 years since the NA release of the game. T_T HELP ME PLZ...

i was overjoyed when i found out that ToA's being animated! :D i'm watching it right now. the episodes come out weekly so i don't have to wait so much for each epi. YEAHJOY. so far it's really good, unlike other Tales of anime. i remember when i saw the first episode of Tales of Eternia i could hardly tolerate it. it was so badly animated. Reid looked more gay than ever. and Farah was even manlier than him. i was like WTFing the whole time. one thing i should say about it... don't watch it if you like Tales of Eternia. just play the game or read the manga. ToE manga is really good btw. Tales of Phantasia has anime too. but it wasn't as bad as ToE anime. although the thing is you wouldn't be able to understand the whole thing without playing the game. XD err wait it wasn't really an anime serie. it was an OVA. gawsh sawree.

You might be able to find it at EB Games. Usually you can find older games there. I've even spotted FFVIII there once, so it's worth a shot. You can always ask an employee there, they're always really helpful. As a last resort, you can get it from Amazon or ebay if you have a dredit card or paypal.

Tales of Symphonia also has an anime. 8 episodes- one released every four months. It was bad compared to the game, since they shortened it so much and left out many details. I still enjoyed it though, because I liked watching all of the characters come alive. The voice acting and animation was great as well, just the story lacked.

Lets hope the Tales of the Abyss anime stays good, and doesn't have a bad ending!

but that's cool. and you played the game right?

i don't think it's gonna have a bad ending! :D there are 26 episodes in total so i don't think they'll halfass the story. hope not.

Yes, really! Some sellers on eBay will take money order if you don't have Paypal or a credit card. That's how I used to get stuff off of there. o3o

I've read a bit of the manga, and it pretty much stayed true to the storyline. I hated the wait between the episodes, it was so long, like you said! And yep, I've played the game~ I want to play the second one eventually.

26 episodes is good for an anime, so I doubt they'll start rushing the end. :D

Sort of, it's the same concept. I think you basically go to the bank, and state you'd like a money order for however much it is need, and that's how much you pay the bank people. You then mail it, and that other person can go to their bank and exchange it for the amount on the order. :D

Good choice! You won't be disappointed by the manga. Yeah, the second one has new main characters, but the characters from the first one make an appearance and have a place in the storyline, which I thought was cool.

i'm liking the manga so far! :D the illusts are simple but they're cute. :] i still wanna play the game tho.

i found a way to play Tales of Vesperia! i could go to Dexter's house and play there. LOLOLOLOL. they has X360. :D
